Process composition

1. Flour mixer: Mix flour and other ingredients in a certain proportion of water thoroughly and evenly.

2. Expander: according to the output of the production line, the selected model is MT-65-II expansion host, the output is 100kg/h-150kg/h, and the main raw materials are meat meal, bone meal, corn meal, etc. The shape can be adjusted by changing the mold of the expansion machine and the mold of the shaping machine.

3. Oven: Bake the product for a long time to make it more mature and dry.

4. Seasoning line: There are octagonal tube, cylindrical tube, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning lines, which are configured according to production volume and product properties.

5. Cooling line: cools down the product, and blowing air makes it drier, which is also beneficial for the next step of packaging
